The Arizona Water Banking Authority Commission will meet in conjunction with a meeting of the public called by the Director of the Department of Water Resources to discuss issues associated with whether the recently adopted federal Rule for the Offstream Storage of Colorado River Water and Development and Release of Intentionally Created Unused Apportionment in the Lower Division States (43 CFR Part 414) meets the requirements of A.R.S. § 45-2427(C)(2).
